The Road to Mortgage Financing

Now that you have selected the home of your dreams, it’s time to speak with your TBI Mortgage Consultant as soon as possible to discuss your various financing options.

To help successfully navigate the journey to your new Toll Brothers home, you should submit a loan application, along with any required documentation, to TBI Mortgage within 14 days of signing your contract.

TBI Mortgage will be by your side to guide you in the right direction and will help to coordinate the entire process from start to finish. Your TBI Consultant will keep your application moving through the proper internal channels and will contact you with any questions that may arise. They will also work in conjunction with your Sales Manger and Construction Team to ensure your financing documentation is in line with your delivery schedule. Rest assured that you will have a smooth and successful settlement.
